　　［摘要］ 目的：了解在ICU与内科病区引起下呼吸道感染细菌的分布情况，以方便指导临床经验性用药。方法：用回顾性调查的方法对江门市五邑中医院2004年8月至2005年8月的ICU及内科病区住院患者下呼吸道标本的细菌培养结果进行分析。结果：共分离出345株病原菌，其中革兰阴性杆菌178株，占51.6%；革兰阳性球菌74株，占21.4%；真菌93株，占27.0%。结论：加强ICU和内科下呼吸道感染的病原菌检测非常必要，可指导临床合理的经验性治疗。

　　Analyze of Pathogen Distribution of Under Respiratory Way Infection of ICU and Internal Medicine Departments
　　Abstract：Objective To investigate the pathogen distribution of respiratory infection in patients in ICU and internal medicine departments,it is significant for empirical use of anti microbial agents in clinic. Methods Review the data of all patients who were hospitalized in ICU and internal medicine departments between August 2004 and August 2005.Results A total of 1 050 strains isolated from which the Gram-negative bacilli were predominate (51.6%):Gram-positive bacteria accounted for 21.4% and fungi for 27.0%.Conclusion It is so important to strengthen the checking out of pathogen of low respiratory infection in ICU and internal medicine dipartments that can guide the experiential treat.

　　下呼吸道感染发病率较高，是最常见的感染之一，越来越引起人们的广泛重视。由于广谱抗生素的普遍滥用、各种侵入治疗的广泛使用，使呼吸道感染的病原菌菌种结构发生了很大变化，为了解在ICU与内科病区引起下呼吸道感染细菌的分布情况，动态掌握菌群流行病学变化的特点，更合理地应用抗生素，我们用回顾性调查的方法对江门市五邑中医院2004年8月至2005年8月的ICU及内科病区住院患者下呼吸道标本的细菌培养结果进行分析。现将结果报告如下。　　1　材料与方法
