【中文摘要】技术理性是基于人与自然关系基础上的人类理性,是围绕技术实践活动所形成的思维模式和行为方式,是人们理解世界和处理问题的世界观和方法论,是一种扎根于人类物质需求及人对自然界永恒依赖的理性和技术精神,是贯穿人类技术实践活动始终的最基本的理性形式。技术理性有着数学知识的骨架、物理体系的血肉,骨子里流露出对理性思维至上、科学技术万能、逻辑方法绝对无误的推崇。不断张扬的技术理性以量化为手段,以科学技术为工具指点江山,帮助人类取得了对自然的胜利,给人类带来了巨大的物质财富和空前的生活便利,成为工业文明社会发展、进步引以为豪的精神支柱,但同时由于其片面发展也给人类带来了莫洛克神。可见,人类刚从神殿里走出,却又陷进了技术理性的陷阱。但是,我们不能抛弃技术理性,因为技术已经渗透于社会生活的几乎一切方面,成为影响社会发展的重要力量,技术之于我们正如蜘蛛的网之于蜘蛛一样密不可分,以至于我们越来越离不开技术,离不开技术理性的指导,甚至人类要走出当前的技术实践困境,最终也要依靠技术和技术理性的发展来解决。因此,对技术理性进行哲学层面的探析,深刻反思并构建科学合理形态的技术理性,以其更好地指导我国技术的发展,推动我国的现代化建设进程是此文的目的。本论文分为四个部分。第一部分从技术理性的本质与特征的界定切入,通过分析技术与技术理性、理性与技术理性的相互关系,归纳出技术理性的科学内涵;第二部分重点论述了马尔库塞和哈贝马斯对技术理性的片面发展的批判,并站在马克思主义哲学的高度上进行了总结;第三部分在反思批判的基础上,提出了重构技术理性的必要性及其措施;第四部分在理论联系实际的基础上,分析了技术理性对人的全面发展和当前坚持科学发展观的现实意义。本论文以马克思辩证唯物主义和历史唯物主义的世界观和方法论为指导,通过分析与综合相结合的方法揭示出技术理性的实质,运用辩正的方法揭示出技术理性片面发展及其造成的负面影响的原因,并运用理论与实际相结合的方法提出了重建技术理性、恢复价值理性的权威和坚持科学发展观等对策。本文的结论是:人类的技术实践活动是手段与目的的统一,技术理性关心的是手段,而价值理性关心的则是目的,因此,技术理性只有与价值理性相整合,受价值理性的指导,才能更好地指导技术的发展和人类的技术实践活动,从而真正发挥“科学技术是第一生产力”的作用,让人类切实地享受到科技发展带来的成果和自由。');
【Abstract】Technologicalrationalisthehumanrational,whichisbasedontherelationshipbetweentheManandnature;Itisthemodeofthinkingandbehavior,whichisformedalongwiththetechnologicalpractice;Itistheworldoutlookandmethodologywhenpeopleunderstandtheworldanddealwiththeproblems;technologicalrationalistherationalandtechnologicalspirit,whichrootsinmaterialneedsandeternaldependentonthenatureofthehumanbeings;Itisthemostbasicformofrational,whichallpassesthroughthetechnologypracticeofthemankind.Technologicalrationalhasthemathematicalskeleton,thephysicalsystem\'sfleshandblood.Itcriesupthattherationalthinkingissupreme,thescienceandtechnologyisomnipotent,thelogicmeansisabsolutelyunmistakableandsoon,whichradiatesinitsheartofhearts.Technologicalrationalisarrogantconstantly,andthenittakesthequantificationasameansandtakesthescienceandtechnologyasthetooltochangethelandscape,themanhasmadeagreetvictorytothenaturewiththetechnologicalrational,whichhasbroughttremendousmaterialwealthandunprecedentedconvenienceoflife,andtechnologicalrationalhasbeenthespiritualpillartothedevelopmentandprogressoftheindustrialcivilizedsociety.Butithasbroughtthenegativeinfluencetothehumanity.Sowecanseethatthemanjustwentoutofthetemple,butgetsintothetrapofthetechnologicalrational.However,wecannotabandonit,becausewehavebeenlivinginthetechnologicalworld.Inthiseraoftechnology,thetechnologyhasinfiltratedthesociallifealmostallitsaspects,becameanimportantforceforsocialdevelopment,andthetechnologyisveryimportanttousaslikeasthespiderwebtospider,sowecannotbeoffthetechnologymoreandmore,cannotbeofftheguidanceofthetechnologicalrational,evenhumanbeingsgoesoutofthecurrenthotwateroftechnologicalpractice,ultimatelyhastodependonthedevelopmentofthetechnologyandtechnologicalrational.Therefore,weanalyzethetechnologicalrationalfromthepointofphilosophy,profoundreflectionandbuildascientificrationalformoftechnologicalrational,whichwillbethebetterguidancetothedevelopmentofChinesetechnologyandtopromotetheprocessofChinesemodernizationthatisthepurposeofthisarticle.Thepaperisdividedintofourparts.Thefirstpartcutsintofromdefiningtheessenceandthecharacteristicsofthetechnologicalrational,andthenanalyzetherelationsbetweenthetechnologyandtechnologicalrational,betweentherationalandtechnologicalrational,inducesthescientificconnotationofthetechnologicalrational;Thesecondpartfocusesonthecriticismoftheone-sideddevelopmentoftechnologicalrationalbyHerbertMarcuseandHabermas,andthenIcarryonthesummary,whichstandintheheightofMarxistphilosophy;InthethirdpartIproposethenecessityofrestructuringtechnologicalrationalandthemeasures,whichisonthebasisofthesecondpart;Thefourthpartanalyzethepracticalsignificanceofinsistingtheconceptofthescientificdevelopmentandtheperson\'sfullscaledevelopment,applyingtheorytoreality,whichisonthebasisofthecontentofthearticle.ThepapertakestheMarxdialecticalmaterialismandhistoricalmaterialism\'sworldoutlookandthemethodologiesastheinstruction,unifiestheanalysisandthesynthesistorevealtheessenceofthetechnologicalrational,usesthedialecticmethodstorevealreasonsoftheone-sideddevelopmentandthenegativeinfluenceofthetechnologicalrational,andusingthemethodofapplyingtheorytorealitytoproposethereconstructionofthetechnologicalrational,restorestheauthorityofthevaluerational,insiststheconceptofthescientificdevelopmentandsoon.Thisconclusionofthearticleisthathumantechnologicalpracticeistheunificationofthemeansandpurpose.Whatthetechnologicalrationalcareaboutisthemeans,butwhatthevaluerationalcareaboutisthepurpose,therefore,technologicalrationalandvaluerationalmustbedialecticallyunificationandhelpseachother,andthentheycanbebettertoinstructthetechnologicaldevelopmentandhumantechnologicalpractice,thuscoulddisplaythefunctionofthescienceandtechnologythatisthetrulyfirstproductiveforces,letusenjoytheachievementandthefreedomwhichbringfromthetechnologicalprogress.
