【中文摘要】作为物质财富的生产者和产业技术的创新者,技术工人是社会发展的主要动力。从古代的“能工巧匠”到现代的“高级技工”,其知识结构、培训机制、就业途径、社会需求等方面都发生了巨大的变化,其对社会的作用也越来越大,尤其是其对主导技术的掌握程度,更是国家兴衰的关键。但由于认识上的原因,从古到今,技术工人的社会地位经历了由尊到卑、再到尊的三个阶段的认识过程。当前我国还停留在第二个认识阶段,对技术工人的社会评价较低。“技工荒”现象的突现应该让我们进行深刻的反思,必须充分认识到技术工人的重要地位与作用,必须从教育、培训、就业、待遇、保障等方面加强对技术工人的政策优惠,在全社会范围内树立起尊重技能性劳动者的良好风尚,才能更好地推动我国经济的快速发展。');
