【中文摘要】技术问题始终是科学技术哲学关注的重点。近些年来,自然技术在改造自然、改善生活的同时,其产生的负效应越来越多的受到人们的责难,甚至还产生了信任危机。技术造成的问题,还得由技术来解决。因此,从更高的角度审视技术,拓展和深化技术的内涵和外延就显得很有必要。社会技术自从被提出以来就一直受到学者们的关注和研究,在国内学术界也曾引起很大的轰动。但是,随着对社会技术研究的深入,在研究方法上出现了问题。大多学者对社会技术的研究始终在哲学或者理论层面,对社会技术向实践延伸的探索很少,以至于社会技术总是停留在学术中,没有成为真真切切的、能发挥现实作用的技术。由于自然技术有着相对成熟的研究框架和研究方法,我们在研究社会技术时不可避免的会对其借鉴。然而,社会技术毕竟有其特殊性,研究方法、理论框架也肯定有自己独特之处。只有认识到了这一点,才有可能探索出社会技术研究新的突破口。本篇论文在梳理、总结以前学者研究成果的基础上,提出了自己对社会技术研究方法的新的尝试。相对于复杂的自然界,人类社会更复杂。因此社会技术也必有其特殊性,要想发挥效力、作用于实践必须借助中介。通过对社会技术和制度的比较研究,本篇论文认为制度可以纳入到社会技术的研究范畴。而且,制度本身所具有的操作性、实践性的特点恰恰能够弥补社会技术现存理论体系的不足。制度可以成为社会技术的出场路径,是社会技术应用的中介。在此逻辑关系上,本文又对社会技术如何以制度为显现路径做出了尝试性的探索,从而希望打通“社会技术——制度——社会应用”这一路径。');
【Abstract】TechnologyhasbeenthefocusofPhilosophyofScienceandTechnology.Inrecentyears,naturaltechnologyhasgreatlyimprovedpeople\'slives.However,moreandmorepeoplebegantocriticizethenegativeeffectsofthenaturaltechnology,evensuspectedtheexistenceofnaturaltechnology.Problemscausedbytechnologymustberesolvedbythetechnologyitself.Therefore,fromahigherpointofview,itisnecessarythatexpandanddeepentheconnotationandextensionoftechnology.Socialtechnologyhasbeentheconcernofscholarssinceitbegenerated.Andithascausedagreatsensationinthedomesticacademic.But,scholarshaveproblemswiththemethodinthestudy,withthedeepeningofsocialandtechnicalstudies.Mostscholarsofsocialresearchhavealevelinthetheoreticalorphilosophy,almostnoextensiontotheexplorationofpractice.Sosocialtechnologyalwaysremainsintheacademic,thereisnorealitytoplaytheroleasatechnology.Wewilllearnfromnaturaltechnologyintheprocessofsocialtechnologyresearch.Becausethenaturaltechnologyhasarelativelymatureresearchframeworkandresearchmethods.However,thesocialtechnology,afterall,hasitsownuniqueness.Ithasitsownresearchmethods,theoreticalframework.Onlyawareofthis,itwillbepossibletofindabreakthroughintheprocessofsocialtechnologyresearch.Onthebasisofcarding,summinguptheresultsofpreviousscholars,thispaperpresentsanewresearchmethodofsocialtechnology.Natureiscomplex.Andhumansocietyismorecomplex.Therefore,socialtechnologymusthaveitsspecialnature.Ifthereisnointermediary,itcannotactonthepractice.Bycomparingthesocialtechnologyandtheinstitution,webelievethattheinstitutioncanbeintegratedintothesocialtechnologyresearchareas.Moreover,theoperationalandpracticalfeaturesoftheinstitutionhavejusttomakeupthedeficienciesoftheexistingsocialtechnology.Institutioncanbeusedasanintermediaryofsocialtechnology.Andthen,thispaperalsoexploredhowdidsocialtechnologyrealizethroughtheinstitution,andtrytomakeaconnectionwith"socialtechnology------institution------societyapplication".
