【中文摘要】当今文化研究热潮涌起,人们更多的从文化深层次因素中去剖析与探讨文化对科技创新的影响,力求发挥文化因素的积极作用,避免文化因素消极作用对科技创新的影响。本文着重研究了最具代表性的文化因素,即文化观念、文化风尚、文化习俗对科技创新的影响,不仅从理论上,还从实证上具体分析了文化观念、文化风尚、文化习俗对科技创新的双重性影响及影响的程度,并详细阐明了影响的作用机制,冀以为营造有利于科技创新的文化环境与氛围提供参考。并在此基础上探索出要从创新主体和创新过程的不同环节中倡导科学的文化观念,同时崇尚优良的文化风尚与文化习俗,营造有利于科技创新的氛围,以促进我国科学技术保持持续的创新和健康的发展。本文共分七章。第一章绪论,对本文作了一个总体介绍,具体描述了文章的研究背景和意义、国内外研究综述、研究思路和目标、可能创新和存在不足。第二章具体界定了文化观念、文化风尚、文化习俗与科技创新理论内涵,并阐明了它们的相互关系和作用模式。第三章进行了文化观念、文化风尚、文化习俗对科技创新影响的实证分析,为倡导科学的文化观念、文化风尚与文化习俗提供一些客观依据。第四章论述了了文化观念、文化风尚、文化习俗对科技创新的作用机制的具体内容。第五章具体地阐明了要树立什么样的正确的文化观念,用以指导科技创新。第六章具体阐述了崇尚什么样的优良文化风尚与文化习俗,来营造有利科技创新氛围。第七章是本文的结束部分,对文章进行了总结并提出研究展望。');
