【中文摘要】技术理性给人们带来了现代化的同时也给人类社会带来了前所未有的困境,物质生活的丰富,现代文明的进步并不能掩盖住它对人类的统治和奴役。法兰克福学派从批判技术理性出发,揭示了技术和技术理性异化的根源,他们看到了技术进步导致工具理性的横行,在一定程度上继承了马克思主义的社会批判理论,但是另外一方面法兰克福学派又片面强调了技术的消极影响,对技术和技术理性进行了片面的否定,割裂了技术理性和价值理性的联系,没有看到技术理性是工具理性和价值理性在实践理性上基础上的统一。我国处在现代化建设的进程之中,要实现现代化,就必须大力发展技术,必须弘扬技术理性,但是另外一方面现代工业社会也把一个物化的和异化的世界摆在我们面前,如果我们把目光只停留在了如何发展技术的层面之上,将又导致资源的枯竭,生态环境的破坏,人性的异化等等一系列的问题,从而步入西方资本主义国家所经历的噩梦。因此,如何培养一种现代化所需要的以操作性、规范性及程序性为特征的技术理性精神,又尽力减少或避免它的负面效应,就成了我们必须要认真面对的一个问题。树立科学发展观,以人为本,坚持全面、协调、可持续发展的科学发展观,促进经济社会和人的全面发展是帮助我们走出困境的一条切实可行的道路。');
【Abstract】TechnologicalRationarationalandmodern,andalsobringsunprecedentedpredicamenttothehumansocietyatthesametime.Arichmateriallifeandtheprogressofmoderncivilizationdoesnotcoveritlivehumanbeingsandtheruleofslavery.TheFrankfurtSchoolrevealsthetechnicalandtechnologicalrationalityoftherootcausesofalienationfromtherationalcriticismpointofview.Theysawtheprogressofscienceandtechnologytoolstoleadtoarationalact,andtoacertainextent,theysucceededtotheMarxisttheoryofsocialcriticism,butontheotherhandFrankfurtSchoolandone-sidedemphasisonthenegativeeffectsofscienceandtechnology,theirtechnologyandtechnologyhadarationaloverallnegative.Theyseparatetherationaltechnologyandthevalueofrationallinkandtheyhavenotseenthetechnologyisatoolforrationalandsensibleandrationalvalueinpracticeonarationalbasisoftheunity.Chinaisintheprocessofmodernization,inordertoachievemodernization,itisnecessarytodevelopscienceandtechnology,wemustpromotetherationaltechnology.Ontheotherhand,modernindustrialsocietywillhaveamaterializationofalienationandtheworldinfrontofus,ifweneedtolookbeyondthestopathowtosolvetheproblemsofscienceandtechnologylevel,weWillalsoleadtodepletionofresources,ecologicalenvironment,thealienationofhumannature,andsoonarangeofissues,thusintotheWesterncapitalistcountrieshaveexperiencedthenightmare.Therefore,howtocultivateamodernneedtointeroperability,andproceduralnormsforthetechnicalcharacteristicsoftherationalspirit,andmakeeveryefforttoreduceoravoiditsnegativeeffects,hasbecomewehavetofaceaseriousproblem.Adheretopeople-orientedandestablishacomprehensive,coordinatedandsustainabledevelopmentandthepromotionofeconomicandsocialdevelopmentistheall-roundtohelpusoutapracticalpath.
