风力发电机组轮毂和塔架的载荷分析研究

【中文摘要】根据动量-叶素理论对1.5MW风力发电机组的叶片进行了气动外形设计,计算得到1.5MW风力发电机组的叶片直径、得到了各截面的弦长、进流角、轴向诱导和周向诱导因子、升力和阻力等气动参数;计算得到1.5MW风力发电机组在额定风速、切出风速和极端风速工况下的载荷,作为轮毂和塔架的载荷计算的载荷值。运用有限单元法和有限元分析软件对1.5MW风力发电机组的轮毂和塔架进行载荷分析。对1.5MW风力发电机组的轮毂进行了三维建模并在ANSYS中进行了静力学分析分析,分析得到了轮毂的受力状况和危险截面,为轮毂的设计和改进提供了依据。对1.5MW风力发电机组的塔架分析时,分别建立了三种不同形式的塔架模型,利用ANSYS软件进行了具体的静载荷分析,比较了三种不同塔架的最大应力、位移、应力分布上的不同,同时对塔架进行了模态分析,得到了塔架的振型和固有频率,并进行了分析比较。最后利用有限元分析软件的优化设计模块对塔架的壁厚进行了优化,并验证了优化结果的正确性,从而达到了减轻重量、降低本钱的目的。');
【Abstract】 According to the momentum-element theory,the thesis aimed at designing on aerodynamic shapes of 1.5MW wind turbine blades, calculating the diameter of 1.5MW wind turbine blades, the aerodynamic parameters of chord length of each section, inflow angle, axial induction, circum induction factor, lift and drag, etc. In the rated, cut-out and limit wind speed, the distinct load value of 1.5MW wind turbine was obtained through calculation and taken as the calculating basis for the load of wind turbine hub and tower.Under the three-dimensional geometry, hub of 1.5MW wind turbine was established model and analyzed in static ANSYS. The result showed hub was content with the usage requirement at limit wind speed and offered the information of load situation and dangerous section which supplied the basis for design and improvement.There were three different models of tower had established when the tower of 1.5MW wind turbine was analyzed. Under the three models, it was that static load was analyzed in detail using ANSYS and the maximum stress of three different tower models, displacement and the distribution of stress on different positions was compared. Meanwhile, the tower model analysis was not only carried out but also obtained the mode shape and characteristic frequency which had been analyzed. Through the optimization design of finite element software, the thickness of tower was optimized and the validity of optimized result was verified. Therefore, the purpose of reducing weight and cost was reached.
