【中文摘要】1957年的反右运动扩大化是发生在建国早期的重大历史事件,也是中国历史的一个重要转折点,它不仅把50多万知识分子和党员干部打成了反党***主义的资产阶级右派分子,使他们长期承受冤屈,而且也中止了新中国成立以来短暂的社会现代化转型,以及开始了长达20年的“左”倾***时代。因此,对反右运动扩大化的反思,具有十分重大的意义。尤其是在新时期社会主义现代化建设需要大量知识分子发挥更大社会推动作用的情况下,总结建国以来执政党知识分子政策上的经验教训,使执政党和全社会树立正确的对待知识和知识分子的理念,更是意义重大。本文以执政党与知识分子的关系作为视角,思考了反右扩大化的原因。文章主要分为三个部分,第一个部分是导论。笔者对反右运动扩大化这一历史事件作了简单的回顾,并对“知识分子”这一概念作了基本的界定。第二个部分论述反右运动扩大化的原因。从三个方面分析了反右扩大化的三大原因。第一个方面的原因是当时的国际国内政治局势影响了中共领导人对知识分子的判定。在国际上主要是西方资本主义社会对中国虎视眈眈,而社会主义苏联却由于赫鲁晓夫在苏共二十大上作的反对斯大林的秘密报告引起了社会混乱,进而影响到了东欧的一些社会主义国家,并波及到了中国。国内的原因则主要是中国***发动的整风运动发展到后期,出现了一些不***因素,特别是一些知识分子的过激言论引起了毛泽东和中共中心的警觉。国际国内的这些政治形势严重影响了中共领导人对知识分子的判定。第二个方面原因则对中国***在知识分子题目上的某些失误作了较为具体的描述。首先笔者对中国***的知识分子理论作了简略的概述,然后再考察了中国***在建国前和建国后在知识分子上的一些失误。对建国后对知识分子改造过程中所犯的错误笔者进行了较为具体的分析,并把它回纳为三个方面:第一,改造过于仓促;第二,将学术题目作为政治题目和思想题目对待;第三,改造过程中不留意知识分子的特殊性。正是中国***知识分子政策上出现的“左”的倾向,使得其与知识分子的关系几度出现紧张,而且,这种“左”的倾向从来就没有得到根本解决,一旦碰到反右派运动这样的突发事件,就轻易引起事态的性质发生转变,最后导致了反右的扩大化。第三个方面的原因是从知识分子自身存在的一些消极因素来反思反右运动之所以扩大化的原因。笔者也把它们总结为三个方面:第一是知识分子保存了传统文化中得一些落后观念;第二是知识分子群体的确存在一个不与广大群众结合的题目;第三是知识分子缺乏群体合作的意识。知识分子的这些弱点在反右扩大化时期又表现出来了,对反右运动的扩大化产生了消极的影响。最后一个部分,对反右运动扩大化对现在的启示,笔者进行了认真思考,以为:第一,要大力推进社会主义***和法制建设;第二,要果断制止不恰当的群众运动斗争方式;第三,社会上要形成尊重知识、尊重知识分子的良好氛围;第四,知识分子要完成自身的转变。');
【Abstract】TheExpansionoftheAnti-RightistMovementwasasignificanthistoryeventwhichhappenedintheearlyperiodafterthefoundingofNewChinaandanimportantturningpointinhistory.Morethan50millionintellectualsandpartymembershadlabeledasthemenofanti-socialistandthebourgeoisrightist,whichhadmadethemsufferingfromlong-termbeargrievancesandsuspendingtheshorttransitionofsocialmodernizationsincethefoundingofNewChinaandalsostartingalongunrestperiodofthe“Left”whichhadmaintainedabout20years.Therefore,itissignificancetoreflectionoftheAnti-RightistMovementanditismoresignificancetosumuptheexperienceandlessonsthatthepolicyofrulingpartyhasmadetowardsintellectualssincethefoundingofNewChina,especiallyunderthesituationthatlargeamountofintellectualhasrequiredtoplayagreaterroleinpromotingcommunityintheconstructionofthesocialistmodernizationinthenewperiod.The***basedontherelationshipbetweentherulingpartyandtheintellectualsasaperspective,thinkingthereasonsfortheexpansionoftheAnti-RightistMovement.The***isdividedintothreepartsthatispartofthethreemainreasons.ThefirstpartisthatthejudgementoftheCPCleadershadimpactedbytheinternationalanddomesticpoliticalsituation.TheinternationalpoliticalsituationhadmainlyreferedtotheWesterncapitalistsociety,whichhadpaidgreatattentiontoChinaandtheSovietsocialism,whichhadarousedthesocietychaosbecausethesecretreportofanti-StalinofKhrushchevatthetwentiethCommunistPartyofUSSR.ThesecretreporthadaffectedsomesocialiststatesinEasternEurope,whichhadalsoaffectedChina.ThedomesticpoliticalsituationhadmainlyreferedtosomedisharmonyfactorsappearingatthelaterstageoftherectificationcampaignthattheCommunistPartyofChinalaunched,especiallytosomeextremeremarksofcertainintellectuals,whichhadarousedthevigilanceofMaoZedongandtheCentralCommitteeoftheCommunistPartyofChina.ThesetwosituationshadseriouslyimpactedthejudgementoftheintellectualsoftheCPCleaders.ThesecondparthasmadeadetaileddescriptionofsomemistakesontheproblemofintellectualoftheCommunistPartyofChina.Firstly,theauthorhasmadea***summaryontheintellectualtheoryoftheCPC.Secondly,theauthorhasmadeamoredetailedanalysisonthemistakeswhichhasmadeattheprocessofTransformationofintellectualsafterthefoundingofNewChinaandhasconcludeditintothreeaspects:first,thetransformationwastoohasty;second,thetransformationtreatedtheacademicissuesaspoliticalmattersandanideologicalproblems;third,theparticularityofintellectualshaspaidnoattentionontheprocessoftransformation.Itwasthe“left”tendencyofintellectualsofthepolicyofCCPthatmadetherelationshipbetweenCCPandintellectualsmoretension.What’smore,thistrendof“Left”hadneverresolvedthoroughly,oncemeetingsuchanunexpectedevent,itwaseasytochangethenatureofaffairsandfinallyleadtotheExpansionoftheAnti-RightistMovement.ThethirdpartistorethinkprofoundlyonthecausesoftheExpansionofAnti-RightistMovementofsomenegativeeffectsontheintellectuals.Theauthorhasalsoconcludedthemintothreeparts:thefirstpartisthatintellectualhasremainedsomebackwardconceptsofthetraditionalculture;second,thegroupofintellectualsindeedhasaproblemofnotcombinewithgeneralpublic;third,theintellectualisshortofgroupcooperationconsciousness.TheseweaknesseshaveshownoutattheperiodoftheExpansionoftheAnti-Rightist,whichhashadsomenegativeimpacts.Finally,theauthorhasreflectedontheenlightenmenttowardsnowoftheExpansionoftheAnti-Rightist.Theauthorthinksthat:first,begoingtopushforwardsocialismdemocracyandlegalconstructionenergetically;second,begoingtostoptheimproperformofstruggleofmassmovement;third,needtoformthefineatmosphereofrespectingknowledgeandintellectualinthesociety;fourth,theintellectualneedstoaccomplishself\'schange.
